Order cancellation

Processing time: 1-5 working days

During this time, you are unable to do any operation on your order. Once the ordering process has been completed, it can no longer be canceled!

Please note: the average shipping time is 30 days

Estimated delivery time: 21-45 days

In very rare cases for orders from South America, Asia, or Africa it can take up to 60 days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

We do not issue the refund if:

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days not including 1-5 day processing) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged/Not as described products

Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we’ll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To arrange your return, please send us a message on Contact Us page with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.

We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you’re experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster!
